I still luv Metallica and will continue to buy their album but...holy ANAL, take a deep breath and calm down already! geeze, there are only a finite number of combinations of the notes, eventually some of them are going to double up. and if they're using "your cord" (you big baby) then why can't you see it as flattery? as the old saying goes

~still a Metallica fan

I'm with you here man! The litigation is still ridiculous these days, although I must say I think it's getting a bit better than it was. The fact that so many fell for this so easily is an embarrassing statement on the condition of our legal system and the way it's perceived by the general public.

I am only reminded of the Napster Case, and of their methods of anti-CD hacking which result in one downloading John Lennon tracks instead of their music... honestly though...

It's about time somebody sued Metalica...

And that's a bad thing, because...? At least you'll end up with music at least slightly interesting.
Though I have to add that not all of John Lennon's solo-efforts are really all that brilliant either.

Metallica,
You were my favorite band a while back. You have grown very delusional, sick and greedy in old age it seems. No wonder Jason left. You, Metallica really suck now. I hate you now Metallica, I spit on you.

unsincerely,
A former fan who owns all your albums up too "And Justice For All"
mmm, yes...I realized my stupidity actually just after I posted that. I blame it on a temporary lack of sanity, I have a tendency to skim things, maybe I should actually read stuff. I'da changed it but, I'm lazy. sorry, look away *hides her face*
