My game progression so far...

I agree...I would like to know how the gossip travels that fast. In actuality, most of the villagers should not really be upset if you punched the lights out on another in thier town. The story portrays them as pretty uncaring folk. Oh well, we can't everything that we want in a game.

I was only able to walk around and visit the townspeople last night. Very interesting place. Half the people do not believe that there is a threat and the other half don't care or welcome oblivion. Kinda makes me wonder why I would even risk my life for them. There is only one child in the whole village, and she has so far taught me more about the town than anyone. And the Bard guy who was to marry the princess, but was sent on the quest to find the Ice crystal rose was hopefully a quest. I noticed it in my journal...so doesn't that mean that it could be a side quest? Other than that, the town isn't much to be admired.
I am using the pre-programmed characters that the game provides(because I cheated on IWD, and gave all my party members Level 20, with all the goodies...so I wanted to play the expansion as fairly as possible. They have started me off at levels 9-10, and given me quite a good arsenal of weaponry and armor. I cannot complain...They even gave my lead char. a new long bow, called the black...something, that supposedly is pretty nice.
Anybody else want to make any comments on their perspective views???

By the way,,,who did you hit?? The girl that was talking about her brother?? or maybe her dad??? Or the dumb fur trappers???? Interested to know..
