Just wrote myself some new lyrics for a song I'm writing. I was just wondering what you guys thought of it. Mind you, I haven't checked it thoroughly - yet - for any grammatical flaws or spelling errors, so if you find anything horrifying, just blame on the Engrish

Although I may have missed out once or twice This time I'm sure I'll dance Hmm yea-eah I sat down to watch you travelling slowly Dispersing sunlight on your path I wasted too many hours counting the minutes Waited too long to find you back Caught up in silence I hear myself whisper I shouldn't be chasing butterflies Instead of just wandering out in the distance I should be right there by your side Well, excuse me, Ms Bright Eyes Can I steal a look or two? What sort of tune is it to? I mean is it country or a bit of rock because I really cant read lyrics without trying to put them into song.

What sort of tune it is? Usually I only write ballads, but this one was meant to be more up-tempo, a rock sorta thing. I only play the keyboard, so the definite tune is not clear yet.
