You won't really need Kerielle's potion for killing Naga. But you will need it if you want to get Snakeskin trait in Serpent Temple. Except this case - keep the amulet, it is very nice indeed.
Although - it would be the right thing to give it to Kerielle, right but not useful

1. Algamesh Amulet does not survive Reset Adventures. On the other hand, Kerielle's Potion does survive Reset Adventures. Therefore, give the amulet to Kerielle if you plan Reset Adventures. Also, you cannot gain more than one amulet.
2. You do not need Kerielle's Potion even if you want the Snakeskin Trait. You can run out of the round room around Naga, click the lever and run to the elevator maze. You'll find Naga in the first room of the maze later.
