I have DL'd Leto(the program that lets you edit the PC) and have tried to change my portrait. Every portrait that I've DL'd from the web is in a TGA format. Leto seems to want it in a JPEG format. Anyway, if anyone has done this, will you give me some tips(tips, hell,,,I need a walkthru) on how to change the portrait? What file do I put my prospective new portraits in? Leto won't navigate to the "portraits" file I have in NWN !!! How do I change TGA format to JPG ?? Neither *Paint* nor *Kodak Imaging* will do this!! I need help! Why o why did they make changing portraits so hard?

When you download the file, click save not open. Then it will ask you where to save, im guessing you should ssave it too NWN folder im not sure which one, but when you on the save screen at the bottom of the window you should be able to switch the file from TGA to Jpeg.

Srry its hard to explain with out a diagram.

There's a program I use at work, I believe it's called Irfranview, maybe Infranview, that's great for converting image file formats.

Yes, good program for quick converting when you don't want to load up Photoshop.
