I'm not Cloudy, but I think it works... as long as you restocked the Cafe with Diet Dew....
Trying to cut down the calories, ya know *edit* Neglected to add the followup from Noah's two performances... the owner of the plumbing company called me tonight because John the Wonder Plumber hadn't billed me for the extra piece of work that he did. I asked if she knew what fun we'd gone through today, and when she hadn't, explained his two floods. I told her I was planning on calling her tomorrow when I was able to talk to her like an adult... and in the mean time, she's going to talk to John the Wonder Plumber to see what happened. I don't know what would make me happy yet... we'll see. So far, I have a $58 wet vac to pit against her $30 check valve and labor charge. I think I win. I think I need to game... I need to go kill something. That always makes me feel better [ 01-16-2006, 10:03 PM: Message edited by: Bungleau ]

Hello Ilander!
Bungleau...ouch! I haven't found a decent plumber since moving into my house and now I think I better shop around in case I end up needing one in a hurry - don't want to be stuck with any 'Wonder Plumbers'! Sheesh, I think they should at least replace anything that might be ruined by the water. Have you checked insided your boxes to see if anything got soaked?

Wow, Bungleau...putting in a water heater isn't THAT difficult, and if their mistakes made that much damage, well, I'd say they're liable, and so would most small claims courts, I'd imagine, if it becomes necessary to make such a move.
I wonder what my classes will be like tomorrow... EDIT: SCORE! No class until 11 AM, then I'm done for the day at 12:15. Only thing is, I thing I'll actually devote the rest of the day to, y'know, work. I have Calc IV to catch up on, since I missed the first two days. Ooh, going solo, Macky? Good luck with that. I suppose all the builders around here are swamped, having waiting lists to start construction into the summer.

Yes it is very busy. I had a very hard time finding someone to put the basement in. But I think I have some one to do that.
You watch the hockey game?

Whoa, Mack! Building it yourself...whew! More power to you, man! I had a contractor build mine and it was the single most stressful thing I've ever done...right up there and probably a smidgeon more stressful than the wedding! LOL
But if you're overseeing things yourself, at least you'll be assured of the quality of the workmanship! Speaking of which, hope it all dries out, Bungleau! How's the hot water heater working, anyway?
