Never heard this one, and it is a Brain Buster.

That was a good hint, though. Is a key involved?

I guess I should tell you that you were correct at first guess! He is a midget! But my question now is, why does that make any difference?

OK, someone is going to get it real soon, so I'm going to start another one now!

Timmy is dead! He is lying on the floor in the middle of a room. He is surrounded by broken glass and there is water spilt on the floor! The door to the room is locked from the inside, as are all the windows! There is no-one else in the room! How did he die?

On the first one, on some days there is something for him to step on to reach the buttons.

Sorry RudeDawg but that was incorrect. I'll give a really big hint for the first one! It's got something to do with the weather!

But I'm not giving any hints for the second one.

He was breathing through his mouth when he was drinking the water.Or Timmy is a shark in a science lab that just busted out of his glass container and died becuz he had no water!
