I would point out that Prescot is 63 in 11 days time and his attacker is 29. I think his reaction was perfectly natural. If he had a few seconds to assess what had happened I'm sure he would have acted differently but he could not have known how serious the threat was. Good on yer John!

i say good on him just for an ex boxer his punch was terrible. he didn't put his body into it. even for a left hand shot it was bad.
