Yeah, I have a very slow game even though I meet recommended. I defragged, altered cache size and even deleted half my hard drive.........

HELP!

that....ack... turn down resolution, turn off ALL sound

if that doesnt work, buy new comp

turned down res, and turn off sound?

have you tried? oh, and do get patch, and full install

A previous post mentioned that if you turned off the ability to have transparent shadows, and like 250 said (but to elaborate), turn off option to hear footsteps, or have weather. These options are considered major slow-downers for some people. Give it a try and let us know how it works!

Make sure you are not in 32bit textures. If you have a 3dfx card or chipset that will dog your machine up real good.
