When I get Disc 3 from my bud I will start a new game yes a new game! My class a fighter a Kensai!!! My race GNOME. And I am really serious there are no really no penalties for a gnome fighter (except n 3rd Editon rules) I am going to make him a gnome Kensai!!!! I will see if he turns out to be good or not and I probaly would give you guys the update of some funny moments that might happen. Honestly I never played a gnome before so this is going to be so exciting!! Also I am going to create my own custom party heh hear includes

Gnome Kensai
Name: To be determined
Stats: To be determined

Half Elf Mage/Cleric
Name: To be determined
Stats: To be determined

Elf Archer
Name: To be determined
Stats:
STR: 18
DEX: 19
Rest to be determined

Can some of you give me some ideas for this bizzare party? Thanx in advance I am going to try this out as soon as possible. Plus I am making the gnome the bhaalspawn.

hahahaahahah, great idea. Gnomes are cool. Im remembering my Kensai from TOB, and im just trying to picture the ensuing carnage at the blade of a gnome. On the party, id suggest soloing. (Not shure who would really want to travel with the sword coasts greatest, and shortest, swordsman) good luck

oh by thee way give him stars in war hammer. Gnomes should use big hammers. jsut my op though.

Power-wise, there's nothing wrong with making a Gnomish Kensai....their Saving Throws are a lot better than a Human's, at any rate. Still, a Dwarf would be better, due to having more hitpoints, even better Saves, and the Dwarven Thrower (as a Kensai, one must consider the available ranged weapons very carefully). Still, you might not want the Dwarf's DEX penalty.

I just don't like the lineup of Gnomish NPCs that BioWare's produced:
Quayle: Male Chaotic Neutral Cleric/Illusionist.
Tiax: Male Chaotic Evil Cleric/Thief.
Jan: Male Chaotic Neutral Thief/Illusionist.

How about a Female, Lawful Good, single-classed Fighter for once? Huh?

Is that possible for a Kensai to throw the DT with their restrictions and all?

Yes, if he/she is a Dwarf.

A short folk party I am playing:

Anthony, male halfling barbarian. Chaotic Good. He is cool.

Doria, female dwarwen berserker. Neutral Good.

Szinthiquitee, female gnomish fighter/mage. True Neutral. Bhaalspawn.

Urthuk, male dwarwen(duergar) cleric. Lawful Evil.

Xantabar, male gnomish illusionist. Chaotic Neutral.

Clematis, female halfling thief. Neutral Good.

Different ideas for these races:

Half-orcs: Thieves, clerics, cleric/thieves (can anybody say Edna Spenk?) and archer-type characters.

Halflings: Barbarians! (berserkers just doesn't fit that well), clerics, kensai.

Dwarwes: Th.. er, locksmiths, kensais.

Elves: Berserkers.

Gnomes: Berserkers, barbarians, straight fighters, almost any kind of single-class characters. Non-chaotic alignments.

I have names already but these are rough draft oh and i don't think I will make a gnome Kensai it won't be a strong balance really I definitly need a thief so maybe I might add another maybe Bezerker. I will take out the elven archer and use instead.

Gnome Bezerker or Kensai most likely bezerker
Name:To be determined
Stats:
STR: 15+
Rest to be determined.

Half Elf Mage/Cleric
Name: (something) Spellbind

Human Thief later dual to Ranger if not possible other way around.
Name: ?
STAT?

Cmon people I really need names anybody know a site with a lot of names. I might use some of your names though Indemaijinj
