Just wondering yalls opinion on Myspace.com....Do you consider it a usefull diversion or problematic.....For those of you that dont know, Myspace is a free profile community with several million users worldwide...It has been the subject of controversy here in the states because of its younger users (ie teenagers) who use it to further the time honored tradition of school yard bullying...Personally I like it, but as I respect the opinions of people on Ironworks, I just wanted to get an outside opinion of it...........

I use friendster. similar to myspace, i only use it to catch up with old friends who I have not seen since High School.
Granted it can be quite troublesome when its kids fooling around with it. Perhaps there should be measurs for it?

It's a good place for visuses to spread, and for people with epilepsy to avoid

A marvellous form of communication. You can write stuff, and the anyone else anywhere in the world can read it instanly! Far better than pidgeon mail.
And SideShowRage, your signature size is not withing the acceptable limits.

Myspace is like ebay with neon lights and people for sale.

Myspace is like AOL, it attract all the newbies, but for some reasons there are some great people that insist on using it.

Myspace is an almost-necessary evil, as far as communication goes in the young adult world. As such, I flood my blog page with whiny personal information they don't want to read and never change my profile, in hopes that people won't expect me to pay them any attention since they don't pay it to me

First off, I have to say:
WOW LUVIAN! GREAT SIG! Second, I have to express my feelings about myspace: Complete and utter contempt, hatred and despise.
