Thanks Wellard. It was an awesome parade this year, and more importantly, the best afterparty I've ever been to. Tickets were $120 this year.. DISCOUNTED. Getting very expensive, but my God I don't regret the expense.

I've never had such a good time out clubbing before in my life. What can beat 10,000 good-looking people running around in ridiculous and/or skimpy outfits in a massive arena with 7 different venues, each of which were playing a different type of music (all of which was fantastic). Best. Night. Ever.

Evening, all. Getting ready for possibly yet another snow day delay tomorrow... could put a serious crimp in *MY* preferred plans for the morning...

Ugh, we had the snow and now we're alternating between freezing rain and rain. We've got flooding in some places already.

Wooo, we are lucky that a big snow storm is skirting us. Cloudy, you may be getting a lot of snow soon! : My Weems & Plath barometer shows the barometric pressure has dropped like a rock, and looks like we have high winds coming. I've already taken my Sudafed LOL. Hopefully I can avoid a migraine!

Will be happy when Spring gets here. Oh man, I dread the change of time though this weekend. I mean, I'll have to get used to it, cause it will mean it will be pitch black when I have to get up in the morning. This time of year always is like this tease LOL, cause slowly it gets lighter and lighter when you get up. Heck, this morning I didnt' even need to turn on a lamp to get dressed. Allll that will change come Monday LOL. Of course I do enjoy the extra light in the evening, I'm just sayin. Nobody ever mentions how it's a bitch for some of us for awhile, having to get used to the dark wake-ups again! LOL, it's aiiyt...I've done the Just Fling Your Body Out of Bed And Wake Up Later before, I can do it again!

It's rained all day here in " sunny" Florida. We are now in a flood watch. I think I need another drink ( out of beer... Horrors and I work at a brewery), crank up Fred on XM, and have a big dish of Ben annd Jerry's and forget that it is raining out.

Evening all. I don't think it's been raining here...
Hmm, just had a surreal moment when I found out my ex, who is still a friend of mine, is getting married.
And in other news, I am getting buried alive by reading for school. Wuthering Heights, the Aenead, four plays, three text books. To think I used to enjoy reading, heh.

hehe, I've always enjoyed reading. Actually that's why I never did well in Language Arts. When everyone else was writing their essays, I was reading. Confounded my teachers who didn't want to discourage reading, but couldn't let me pass if I didn't do the assignments.

Had a beautiful Thunderstorm around 3am. The herald for what is likely to be our last cold front down here. Tomorrow morning it's supposed to go as low as 52F. That's nothing to all you northerners I know, but I may just have to go with jeans rather than shorts tomorrow.

Well, I do still enjoy it. It's just harder when you're having a load thrown on you and you have to do it, not so much am choosing to.
Wow, a thunderstorm? You lucky. We haven't had a good storm over here in England for ages.
