Has anyone used these weapons you can buy at the copper coronet, and if so are they worth the cost?
Azure Edge Battle axe +3 stonefire Blade of Roses

Azure Edge: Brillian wepon for Cavaliers, who can not use missile weapons..
It has quite a bonus against undead.. Stonefire: Godd against troll, give it to Korgan and he'll be a whirling, twirling, killing machine Blade of roses: Godd for raising charisma when you go for the weekly shopping tour.. Pretty decent sword too.. |

All the weapons you mentioned are worth it, but that depends on who you have in your party of coarse. I always buy the stonefire axe and give to Minsc. I like to have Minsc add proficiency slots in axes and dual wielding. Azuredge is great vs undead!!!

Blade of Roses isn't worth it, cause you get the Ring of Human influence so early in the game. Save up for the girdle of some giants strength, as you will be using that on someone in your party till the end of the game.

perk31,
- stonefire makes a very nice dual wielding combo with the frost reaver axe from Nalias keep. - blade of roses is one of the few +3 long swords you'll find. Also I lend it to Keldorn before going on a shopping spree, and, with a little help from the nymph cloak and the helm of glory he can flash his pearly whites at shop keepers with a charisma of 24 Kez |

I aint the axe man, but Blade of Roses sure is worth it. There are not many +3 longswords, only few, and Blade of Roses is one of them. Definately worth it.
I downloaded the english text fix from Baldurash and then saw the improvement in descriptions of the items. More detailed data. However, before that the Blade of Roses showed the damage as 2D4+3, like some bastard sword. After the fix, it was 1D8+3, like longswords usually have. Crikey, how much more data then was messed up in the original.. In any case a good fix.
