I just burrowed BG1 from my friend Connor today, my uncle had let me borrow his until my disc drive ate the fifth disc of his. Connor doesn't HAVE disc five and apparently lost it. He never told me either. Now, you guys wouldn't happen to know any way that I could get another disc five WITHOUT the use of pirating. I repeat, WITHOUT piraating. Also, I recall my uncle never had his disc three, that or it didn't work with the one he got, and he ordered a new one from black isle or something, is this possible?

Not sure about the ordering thing. There is a chance that you can download an iso (sp?),which is basically a file that is an 'image' of the cd, an exact copy, but it's not quite legal (inspite of your current circumstances) and therefore I won't say I recomend suggest or condone it.

At any rate I hope something works out for you.

Oh yeah, you might wanna delete your two other duplicate posts

If you got a licensed copy of the game and just lost disc 5, I do not think it is 'pirating' to copy disc 5 from a friend (or get a copy from somewhere out there). After all, you bought the right to play the game (and make backup copies for your own use).

PS: Copyright rules might be different from country to country. At least I think it is legal to get a copy of a lost disc in the country where I live

UUh, if your really against the piracy, there is one way to egt the disc. Buy the game. Otherwise, you're up everyone's favorite creek!

Five discs? I thought the game had only three.

Sythe it all depends on which version you purchased. If you got it when it first came out, it was 5 discs + TotSC. Then theres the rerelease which is three discs including TotSC.
