After Nalia gets kidnapped, some guy told me to go to the docks and talk to Barg. He's not there! I've looked everywhere, day and night. Any suggestions would help. I can't just leave Nalia with that ass!!!!!

Barg should be just south of the big "stairs".

The dude you're talking about should be found right by the Sea's Bounty (or whatever the hell the tavern's called) in the Dock's District. If not in the day, check at night. Anyway, after that go to Isae's home in the Goverment District and grab the papers from his dresser, take it to the Council of Six building and turn him in. Congrats, you got Nalia back  Don't worry about Isae though, you won't see him again. Peace out dude |
