You don't need to, just have the appropriate NPCs in your party.
Although there is a so called romance hack, but it has nothing to do with initiating it. ------------------ Long live H22A1!!!!! |

I have Viconia and Jehira in my pary but somehow no romances were executed.

It is random time trigger, some ppl won't have any party talk until Chapter 5, while some have party talk as soon as the NPCs are in the party.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .... . . . . . . .If you have a female team leader, get Anomen on your team. If male, get Viconia. Aerie & Haer'Dalis also start something... You have take notice of what is said, and be careful about the response you select. You can kill a Romance before it even starts if you are not careful! |

I think that you can't get romance if you have an half-orc or if your charisma is too low!!!
