Speaking of old things and old members, I was wondering if I was hallucinating something I could remember or if someone could help me dig it up.

I could swear that, once upon a time in the RP section, I ran an arena sort of thing. 2nd edition, I seem to recall that either Attalus or Galadria(Or both?) were involved, as well as several others. Mostly something for a lot of gratuitous violence, but it was, all in all, relatively amusing. Some of those fights sure dragged on, too, I think I once wrote one so long it required three or four posts because it was so damn huge. Anyone remember what it was called? Or know where the thing has ended up? I couldn't find it earlier.

Aaaaaaaand if any of the old members who were involved are reading this, would anyone of you care to reprise your roles if I started it up again? It's not likely to happen today or tomorrow, but if people show interest, it could happen. It's likely to require very little activity from people. Just making characters, issuing challenges, spending prize money and writing up some battle tactics for me to use.

Hmm, the only thing I can think of that we were involved in for any period of time was the multi-episodes of "Hazardous Times." We posted in Secretmaster's village for a while, but I don't remember the name.

Well, I know it was on IW, and I could swear on my mother's grave that one of you two were involved. Mhm, could be I just hallucinated it all, but since someone else claims to recall it, either I'm very persuasive or it actually happened.

Galadria DM'ed a trip to the Underdark that went on for a while. Were you in on that? There were some great dialogues/fights between Galadria's Viconia and Dreamer's character.

No, after the fiasco at the end of the "Hazardous Times" threads, she vowed never to do that again. In fact, she has never played a computer game, again. She was really, really angry.

Wow, seriously? I'm sorry to hear that. Let her know that if she could be convinced to reconsider, she's got one player who's totally down for some fun.

I must also admit to not remembering the exact details of this fiasco... Unless it is something personal and off the boards, could I ask for them?

I don't see why not, not naming names. One person joined the thread, and he and Galadria differed very much on which direction it waas going, resulting in two different storylines on the same thread. The OP (who wasn't posting much), sided with the newcomer, and Galadria signed off, for good. She hung around GD for a while, but then switched to another forum where she posts now.
