Mistral carries her burden to the altar of the temple. Thankfully, she deposits her load and turns to Larry.

"I am sure she just needs time to rest, for Waverider has already restored and healed her.

So much has happened in one day, but I am glad I have repaid my debt to Elif and Waverider. I shall be on my way now."

Peering at the interior of the temple once more, Mistral hurriedly bids farewell and returns to the city.

OOC: You're welcome, Kaz. I didn't mean to post 2 messages here for getting help, but I think my modem is slow and I thought the message didn't get through. Anyway, it's quite funny the way everyone is posting at the same time, so it's hard to be consistent

As the attack magic was cast in the sacred halls of Aerie and directed at her faithful worshipers as they happened to be standing in front of the alter, the spells aimed at both parties are absorbed into the statue of the High Avariel Herself, and no damage is taken.
"My temple is the wrong place to be casting magic at me, my frined...go play your games elsewhere."
Larry looks over Kaz's body to ensure the stranger was telling the truth about her being previously healed. Deciding that she really is ok, he takes her into his arms and motions for two maids to follow him to her private chambers. Upon reaching the the room, Larry lies Kaz down on her bed, and orders the maids to look after her. Then, he leaves her behind to rest for 24 hours knowing that she will be ok. Closing the door, Larry asks one of the temple mages to place a ward of protection on the door, that none may enter. Then, finally, Larry returns to seek out this mysterious stranger, to learn more of what has been going on. Hopefully, he decides,,,I will find my answers to this mess.

(I don't wish to post off topic, but Kaz and Seph were chasing me to get back the statue, I fled to the "Foreboding HADB Castle No. 1" thread, where I've also got my own castle, could someone remind them of what's going on when they return? I'm posting it here because I'm pretty sure Kaz is going to check up on this thread.)
