Invisibility

Has any one noticed that there is almost no improved invisibilty used in the game? Sure, the thieves use hide, but they attack you on sight, so it's not all that terrible. I suppose that - now that I've mentioned it - there will be tons used ny the enmies in HOF... making me look like a complete fool. But in the normal game... I have come across two invisibility spells... both improved, and bith by the same character, whom you don't even HAVE to fight.ANd I dealt with them with fireball anyways... Therefore, I am forced to conclude that see invisibility is a worthless spell... unless you really really need to have the first attack against the yuan-ti thieves (in which case I would say that you have an extremely weak party).

Yeah, invis of any kind on the enemy's part is quite rare, even in HOF. And about the only place you come across thieves is in Dragon's Eye. So you're quite right, there isn't much use for the See Invis or Invis Purge spells.
