Well, considering that the Australian government may well have massacred its own citizens to enact gun control legislation, I'm seriously suspicious of THEIR gun laws... I'm talking about Port Arthur...

Bryant, the crazed gunman responsible is still alive in prison. That's right. No conspiracy there. No assasains killing him to stop him talking. No life of luxury for him. And yes it was him. No doubt. Identified by countless witnesses. Taken at the scene of the crime red handed. You are seriously deluded if you believe Australians sitting in government would kill their representees. You've seriously misjudged the social climate of my nation. It's not America. Conspiracy theories are for you guys. It's a democracy. The move against guns was one driven by the majority opinion. We're not America. We don't need guns to feel safe. We don't need nuclear bombs to feel safe. Mate... this is the most unbelieveable post I've seen in a long time. It's also in quite bad taste. |

Actually I didnīt mean that Australia is lax...I just meant that there is the same ideology of the outback and right to defend yourselve...
I dónīt aggree with Yoricks statement about retaliation...but then again there is a fine line between retaliation and defense...

Yorick, about a year ago I read a few reports from Australian newspapers, and a dissertation on that subject by a Canadian fellow, and taken together, it doesn't sound like a borderline retarded man like he could have comitted it. Also, doesn't he to this day maintain his innocence? A patsy doesn't have to be part of a conspiracy Yorick. In fact, it's better that they aren't, as they don't know any faces or names, or code names. If Oswald really had infiltrated a radical sect of the CIA as Oliver Stone speculates, then he knew names that most people couldn't work with, but others in the intelligence community could certainly figure it out, and certain people would be dead.
Wasn't Bryant found days later, in a burning building? I don't remember, my information is old and dusty and lodged in a far corner of my brain. All I can say is, having read what I did, it seems to me that I have at least a healthy suspicion. Also, given your Naivite about government, you'd probably have a heart attack at the shit governments do to their citizens...
