And to see how, you gotta pay a fee to read it.

I would advise you NOT to do this. The DOD is sitting on that site.

Oh..look, he has changed it to Phase 15: Bye, bye Mr Bush .
On another note; does anyone believe this guy is actually going to build this Cruise Missile? If I was planning on blowing up something, I probably wouldn't announce it over the Internet.

also, he says he wants to make it so that he can show any terrorist could. but how do we know that HE is not the terrorist, publisising making a cruse missile to make the purchase of parts more inconspicuous. and the money for subscriptions just aint a good idea

worring indeed

i have two in mind that will cause major damage but with no cost at all... except maybe your well-being...

- have a real bad tummy day and let it all out... in a crowded tight enclosed room...

- have yourself do everyday's work without a shower...

now those are even more deadly for us than to create a 5k cruise missile. why spend 5k just to scare somebody?

people are aware, and people really do not care if it is rocket science or not, all they are concerned about is how to NOT have these stuff out there on the air... that is what he should be doing... he should be making scramblers and such... in my opinion

Just a point of accuracy here...he was creating a cruise missile not an ICBM and not a weapon of Mass destruction...and his stated payload is only about 20 pounds...enough to blow up a car...but not a block.
