has anyone else had this problem...sometimes my character will walk into a wall and get stuck, no amount of clicking will cause it to move at all and i have to load again to continue playing? is this a bug im getting or is there perhaps something behind the wall i cant see? most recently this happened in the caves where the orcs and goblins are at war with the bugbears...
also, in whats his name melasomethings place in the black lake area a couple of times i went into rooms and the "villan" NPCs kind of froze and when i put the pointer thing on them it didnt change to the sword even though the NPC was red, i tried using the rotary menu to attack them but it was like they werent there but they still attacked me it was very confusing. i ended up having to use a cheat to do wail of the banshee, which killed them but afterward i couldnt click on their remains either...not really a big deal cause it didnt change anything as far as i know just kind of wondering if anyone else has had similar problems and if theres a solution? i noticed the thread about windows XP causing problems, could that be it? i am on windows XP...

Make sure you have the latest patch available, this might be something that was fixed in it.

I never had any problems as the one you descibes with Meldannen (the wizard), but exiting to the title screen and then loading a saved game again usually takes care of any potential problems I encounter. On rare cases you might have to exit the entire game to Windows and start it again.

And characters getting stuck in walls etc., well that just happens sometimes. Just reload a saved game.

This was a problem but, as stratos said put the last patch in. there is a fix in it for this problem. It would really piss me off when I got stuck in a wall and I posted the problem as well as about 1000 others on the Bioware site. I haven't gotten stuck for awhile now.

Funnier when you get stuck on top of walls. I've succesfully been able to script this to work to my advantage .
