How would I go about making a trigger that when you walk over it will remove immunities or resistance items? I am always having immuned up players coming into my mod wreckin stuff. I want a trigger that removes those idiots items that when they walk over it!

If you're running a persistent world or a mod as a DM, you always have the option to just ask the players to ditch that stuff. If they refuse, you can always ask them to leave the mod. Failing that, you can always boot them.
