Can I fix this?

I'm a little miffed with myself and with my character. I have a level 3 monk with one level as a sorcerer (started as a monk and took the sorcerer level at 2). I wanted the pixie familiar so I wouldn't have to take a thief along with me. Anyway, when I created my character, I forgot to give her enough charisma points, so she only had 10. When I leveled, I could only pick cantrick spells since she didn't have a enough charisma points for the higher spells. When I was able to increase my skills points during a level up, I took my charisma up to 11. Other than leveling as a sorcerer again, is there anyway to get access to those level one spells? I'd really like to have magic missile, if possible. Any suggestions?

No, I think you need to level up as a Sorcerer again to be able to pick spells.

I don't know how high level you want your character to become but unless you're plannng to take more sorcerer levels I don't think Magic Missile is that good. It's only 1 missile if you're that low level. So if you have your familiair already maybe you'd better continue with the monk
