I have reached the point where i unlock the stairwell that leads to brother polequin(pardon spelling). Using the badges, i have unlocked all but one of the locks. The one left has a T symbol on it. I have checked and double checked the walk through. I cannot figure out where the last badge comes from. I have spoken to the guy in the center and got that badge already.
Please help! Arakius Del`Shai

By name, which badges did you collect? The lieutenants are Krilag, Joril, Malavon, Ilmadia, Marketh, and Perdiem; however, I can't recall their badge pictures.

Welcome to IW, Arakius!
Assuming you already have Joril's badge which has an axe on it [vaguely T-shaped], the T-shape symbol you are referrring to is most likely Marketh's badge. Minor Spoiler * * * * * * * Marketh, along with his badge, can be found on the second floor of the palace in Lower Dorn's deep.

Were you able to cross that rope bridge near the Museum of Dugmaren in Wyrm's Tooth glacier?

SPOILER
* * * * * * * * * You need to talk to a prisoner named Soth in the slave level at Wyrm's Tooth. He is standing by a large bookcase. Talk to him about books and choose the dialogue prompt that asks him about a book on dwarven engineering so that you can fix a bridge. He will then give you the book. Return to the rope bridge and you should be able to cross it.

Cyril is correct. However, if Soth is gone, such as if you finish the museum, then he simply leaves the book on the ground (but you miss out on some xp). The book is vital--you cannot finish the game without it.
