A couple of my characters did the Torin arrow quest a level or so ago. I just raised another character to the bushi guild and am trying the quest but he won't accept the arrow. I went through all the dialog options and i have not been in the dragon spire yet so the dragon is still out and about. Any ideas??

Sometimes Torin's inventory fills up and he cannot accept any more arrows. You might try pickpocketing or trading with him to clear some space.

Both buying something from him and picking his pocket worked to get him to accept the arrow. Also from a previous post my ranger now fletch's after level 5 in the warriors guild. Thanks for the advice oh knowledgable ones
