Scary stuff... is it serious?

Eh does anyone know whats wrong with my leg... on sunday I noticed a small bruise on the side of my calf, right beneath the knee, I didn't remember geting hurt there and certainly would have noticed what ever produced it because it seemed like there was some blood in it under the skin. yesterday it had grown bigger and now it looks like there was some heavy bleeding under the skin.
what happened did a vein explode in my leg... shouldn't that have hurt like hell? it hurts if I push on it, but otherwise I don't feel anything.
anyone knows if it is serious?

You know the drill. Go let a Doctor take a look at it asap.

It could have been a vein break, but you never know.. just see a doc [img]smile.gif[/img]

I don't think you have nerves in the vein, just around it, if the vein blew on its own i don't think you should feel it. When you get whacked by something and that causes a bruise you've got damage in other tissues as well, the black is just the blood leaking out from under it.
