You can rent games on yahoo for $4.95 a month. Who would do this? I understand you get other games but still I bet you have to be connected to the web to play them but when you stop the service I bet you lose them. Ouch.

Well, I could see it as being an inexpensive way of trying out a game to see if you like it before plunking down $50 or more for the game at a store.

From a quick look, though, I saw no games that were released this year. So if you want to play last year's games and try them out, it might be worth it.

It did appear that you would be downloading the game, so that (at 110MB for Baseball 2003) might be a teeny tiny consideration That makes me think it might stick around afterward, too.

Interesting...

Give 'em a hug one more time. It might be the last.

I am kind of curiuos how they deal with the different serial numbers for each NeverWinter Nights player. Also if you could still play them after you stop paying I guess you would need to back them up some way since you do not have the install media. My guess still is that they have some sort of protect built in that if you are not a current member that it does not work.

Anybody out there try this yet?
