Uh, yes and no. Depends on how much you like to run and die! Seriously, parts of it can be done alone, no problem, depending on your pc and how good he/she is. But there are a few places (like the dungeons of trollbark) that are just tough, even in a pair, as I found out the other day when my husband and I ventured in.
But it's lots of fun either way!

Yeah, about 86% of EfU can be enjoyed solo, and the others--I call 'elite dungeons' are for large groups. It encourages team play.

Team play is alot of fun and I really prefer to wander the place that way if I have a choice. But some days you just want to kick some kobolds or smash a skeleton or two and collect your xp and call it a night.

*soloist poster here*
Heya there, Sir Degrader. Thought I should mention there are many people whom for whatever reasons they have do the entire thing mostly by themselves. I am one of those people. One thing you will learn to love is the (current) lack of XP/gold loss when you respawn your character. I have no idea if Ziroc still plans to reimpliment it in this module, but until he does (IF he does) this module is defintely soloist friendly. I went through the module starting at level one, and I cannot count how many times my character has died - even now past level thirty. sooner or later though, unless you actively deny any and every request that comes in, you'll get a chance to work with a partner or group of people who just want to have more people in on a quest. That has happened to me quite a few times in recent weeks, and I have to admit it was great finally having backup for some places.
