He ordered the operation that resulted in finally putting an end to Bin Laden. And he won.

I acknowledge that our military and intelligence sources accomplished a great victory for our country.

I also acknowledge the President will get the bulk of the credit, even though he had very little to actually do with the success of the operation. That's one of the perks of the job.

Oh dear....was that supposed to hurt?

In his speech, Obama gave credit to the Bush administration, to the troops, to the American people and to his own administration. I think that is a fair distribution of the credit deserved for this victory and does nothing to piss on his other achievements.

You can give all the credit to Obama if you wish. He was wise enough (and humble enough) to give credit to all the others that helped make this victory possible.
