Actually, Cloudy, sometimes natural sounds are part of the band. The wind blowing tree branches in rhythm... the tires running over the lines in the pavement... the birds calling out in the sky...

And I'm glad to see we're not alone, Dron_cah...

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go catch a plane to someplace that's hopefully cooler and less humid... Virginia...

Not as cold here this morning as it has been, outside temp is at 6 degrees (42f) at the mo and it's a nice clear morning, gotta love NZ for the freshness

My knee is feeling heaps better than I thought it would a few days ago but still gonna stay off my bike a few days just to make sure.
Was gonna check out the Gravity Games this friday (Dirt Bikes doing jumps and racing and stuff...) thinking it'd be like $20 or something... $40!!!! for the cheap seats says I'm not going Guess I'll just have to save my money

Time for me to take out the trash and tidy my room a bit before I head out for work. Take care kids, see you.

I hear ya on that, Bungleau, though I think I am kind of annoying when I'm doing it!

EDIT: REALLY WISH I WOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE PAGE I'M ON! lol...I'm behind as usual.

Ow... ... sore.. so... sore.. and sunburnt..ow. Okay wellllll. Speed camp = TEH SUCKAGE. My legs will be hurting for days now!!! So much work. o.o Moving from station, to station. Okay let me try and explain. Speed camp is a stength and conditioning camp that is supposed to help you get in shape for football. Well since I've been at Falls Creek so I haven't been working out so today was my first day and at speed camp. Yech... We do some stretches and stuff, and then we do some reps and stuff, taking turns at different stations. Doing Hexdeadlift, squat, and power clean. Not so hard. Then we move to the station work. Twenty seconds at each station doing whatever workout you're supposed to do at the moment. And it's actually pretty hard because it's so intense and it's non stop stuff, and you're getting dizzy and stuff and it was crazy. So I'm all weak and so are several others and then we have to go run sleds. Dragging 45 pounds without any energy SUCKS.

Edit: I feel like a weanie after posting that.
