United is an adjective Yorick! To Unite is a verb.

One up before the Ashes!!
[/QUOTE]Unless it was describing a verb in which case it would be an Adverb.

I am a proud Commonwealth of Australian.

When I say Americans I really mean Venzualans.

My mother-in-law used to be a United Kingdom/er/ite/ian but is no longer.

And I have a friend who is People's Republic of Chinese, coincidentally we come from the exact same place because I am not Oceanic or South Pacifician any more, apparently I'm now from Asia and so is he!

You know, I came back and this thread is *still* annoying. Why don't we re-entitle it the "basic grammar, parts of speech, and incomprehensible asides" thread?

Well I would be glad to get back on topic, however Im starting to think we have all exhausted the subject matter and are just keeping the thread from discorporating.

Basicly I think we all agreed International Hatred is a bad thing.
