I forgot earlier to add sauteed mushrooms on top of the chicken earlier; slice them fresh and use real, unsalted butter--delicious.

Anyway...no sooner do I start this self-employed life than I get 2--yes, 2--leads on other careers; this is after months of no results from my own inquiries. Go figure.

It looks like a certain red-head (who shall remain nameless) has generated some interest now that she has become a member. She's reading this as I type it, so I really have to watch what I say... [img]graemlins/beigesmilewinkgrin.gif[/img]

edit: kitcat has managed to hunt down a grasshopper that found its way indoors. It's really funny to watch him practice his hunting skills (he thinks he's a tiger). [img]graemlins/laugh3.gif[/img]
