Rhianneth, it appears that my teammates are unable at this time to post and therefore, we are in peril if Terrakis comes after us. I need you to go ahead and be rushed to my side so that we can game together.

Let it suffice to say that no creatures nor other dangers presented themselves to you during this escape you are enacting as you venture through the underforums, in search of us...being guided by the echoes of our voices which are heightened by Echo's work. You find it odd that nothing comes to challenge you during this trek, and you suspect that either Echo took care of them ahead of your arrival or that the terror of the shadow giants can be felt by the creatures that dwell in this area, and they chose to leave long ago.

Your next post can bring you face to face with me, if you desire. Remember that Cyril's countdown ends this weekend. We have to be ready, or we will not live. If Ruby and Morg. do not get here in time to post, they may lose their lives.

Thank you all for your concern and support. I have good news. I may be able to rejoin IW on a regular basis as soon as a few days from now. As this is the only place I am able to RP I am very anxious to come back ASAP. Too bad life throws too many curveballs. Anyhow, with any luck I should be back soon. Fare thy well all.

Let me know when you are ready to return - I have a preliminary means of getting your character back into the swing of things already plotted out. Again, however, take your time - life comes first.

Morg: You may post the interaction you mentioned. I would like to see how you handle it.

As to your location, you are now on the fifth floor, near the ruins of the gnome village. Do with that as you like. No survivors will be found. You probably will remember this place, as you were once a guest here.

The party is on the next level down from you.

As to further information, the sixth level, where Saithele is, has two downward passages as you know. Let it suffice to say that Brendon took your advice and we backtracked up to the sixth level to be able to get to that cavern to take us further down toward 9th level. Rhianneth has found us before we found the way down. Now we will listen to her story and decide what we shall do next.

DMs Note - I've held off moving things along to give folks a chance to meet up and get moving. That needs to happen VERY soon.

My own time to DM this game is both very limited and getting harder to come by. Once I post again for Terrakis things will move quickly as this thread will not run longer than one additional month at which point it will not be possible for me to continue at IW as my work will be taking me out of the country for an extended period of time. Therefore, I am setting a terminal date for the game of March 18, 2004, at which point there will be a definitive conclusion to events in the thread, if that conclusion has not arrived at an earlier date.

Rhianneth, you do not have to wait on Ruby to make a post. You can interject if you like, and that would give me the ability to forward us along to where Cyril wishes in case Morg and Ruby cannot post real soon. You already know what the main objective is from my eariler conversation with you, so together, we have to get ourselves into the next phase of the story for Cyril's sake, since he cannot be around for us much longer.
