"Do we have means of transport?" -Regicide asks the commander. The commander points to a dropship 50 yards away -"It's warp capable, can enter temporal gate if opened by an external source. Has minimal defensive armaments and low energy shielding. Very fast and maneuvarable. Where would you like to go?"
"That's another question." -Regicide answered, and turned to Bakilas -"If you were planning to wipe out Lylocks, what would you attack?"
Bakilas thought for a moment and answered -"I guess the 5th sector command point. It's temporally shielded, has a small army for defense, holds the Lylocks commanders and higher officials. It would be the best target for destruction, but not for an attack. They have numerous fighter wings, anks, tank commander armors, mechs and hoverdynes for defense. I would fight them only if i had something strong... a point singularity weapon or an ion cannon."
"Well, lets assume they have that kind of weapons, and from what I've seen here, they most likely have something even more powerfull. Let's go there." -Regicide concluded and turned towards the dropship.
"Wait!" -Bakilas shouted after Regicide -"The Lylocks is not in exactly friendly terms with the Temporal protectorate, police, or anyone for that matter. They'll shoot us down the moment we drop out of warp."
"We have no choice." -Regicide coldly stated. "Unless you have a better idea?"

Bakilas sighs, "We all have to die eventually I suppose... I can't believe I am doing this without knowing how much the pay is"
He boards the dropship and prepares for the worst.

The drop ship depards and begins to thrust at maximum warp drive capacity toward the lylock planetoid. Signals begin to come over the intercom. So many voices, so jumbled up, it's impossible to tell who to respond to.

Finally a single voice fans out all of the others.

"Are you from the interpol? Well incase you didn't know, your little base has been destroyed, and now we're going to take over! No force in the multiverse will be able to challange us now that some stupid scuicidal maniacs have managed to bomb your preciosue little building."

The airport finally struck the ground, Thorador was now standing atop a large building.

"heh... I couldn't let you die... You'll want to see this... Kai is really going to try and pull it off..."

"What's he going to do?" Thorador asked Shino.

"heh... Let me tell you a story about a man a long time ago. See this man was very feeble in body, but he possesed alot of power some how. He had pale skin and shining red hair, always wore dark clothes... One day he was asked to pilot a great machine, the greatest in the multiverse, because he was the only one who could. You see, the machine, exerted an incredible ammount of stress on the pilot, and their percetions had to be to such a great long term degree that the machine took hours just to throw the first punch in a fight with a similar, alien machine. The pilot was chosen because he wasn't human, nor alien, nor machine. He was perfect, an unkonwn, from out of nowhere. And so he waged war... but a probelm happened... He ejected all of his armor and lost his senses, the power coils of red, green, and blue, converged, scaring him permanently with 3 dots on his forehead... Each represented its own unique universal energy source. Ah, but you see, he did not use this for peace, so the red spot, pointed down... You'll notice the dots on my forhead however... point up... This is because I am the balance on the side of good. That pilot was me, not actually me but a version of me, and what happened next no one can recall, but Kai saw it, He was there, he built the machine, he saw an entire universe collapse, and he stole something from that dimensio, forcing it to cease to exist. He's done so 700,000 times too... And he goes un noticed... and now I can feel he's going to try something, a grand experinment of which he will end all experinments nad he'll try it on the hundred earths, unless ...

Kin heard the sound of another cannon oging off, this time a green energy blast erupted through the street he was on, decimating everying in its path except for his building.

Dropping out if warp, the dropship's pilot quickly assessed the situation and decided on his course: straight toward the fighter bay.
"Enemy wings deploying!" -the copilot said. Bakilas unbuckled and went to the cockipt room.
"Engage shields!" -the pilot ordered maneuvering the dropship to evade enemy laser shots.
"We have an active rocket lock! They're launching!" -the copilot said.
"I'll try to dodge it!" -the pilot said, watching on the screen for the rocket.
"Our two autocannons are armed and ready! We need two gunners!" -the pilot announced shouting.
"I'll take one!" -Bakilas accepted.
"I will man the other!" -Regicide sat down before the controls, gripping the joystick firmly.
"Three enemy interceptors converging! In weapons range in..." -the copilot warned, interrupted by Regicide -"Three seconds! Got them locked!" He pressed on the fire button on the joystick, and the autocannon unleashed a stream of phased rounds. The dropship maneuvered to evade the rocket, but was unsuccessfull. It was clear that the rocket will impact the hull.
"Can't shake the rocket! Brace for...!" -the pilot shouted. The second autocannon quickly turned and riddled the rocket with it's phased cannons. The rocket's fuel exploded, the rocket's explosive detonated not long after.
"Rocket neutralised." -Bakilas said. The two autocannons now turned their attention to the single interceptor left, and quickly turned it into metal scraps. Another wing of interceptors was flying towards them, their laser guns firing.
"Shooting! Shields are holding!" -the copilot reported. After tapping a few controls, the copilot's eyes widened- "Incoming heavy fighter wing! Three Phoenix fighters!"
Regicide's autocannon was hararssing one interceptor after another, not destroying them, but forcing them to evade and brake off attack- "I'm busy! Bakilas!"
"I'll get the fighters!" -Bakilas shouted, and muttered- "...or atleast die trying."
"The fighters are inweapons range! They're firing tempest missles!" -the copilot warned while the pilot managed a few controls.
"I'll try the Burn maneuver!" -the pilot announced. The dropship went to maximal speed, it's two auto-cannons firing away. When two hundred meters away from the incoming fighters, the ship turned hard about, shut down it's primary engines and let it's inercia glide it towards the fighters. Quickly, it's engined roarred and exploded, blue shots of energy erupted from the engines, burning the incoming fighters with super-heated plasma. One fighter exploded as it was consumed in the flames, while the other two managed to escape before destroyed, but severely damaged.
"Damage to left engine! Coolant system for left engine down!" -the copilot announced.
"Impressive maneuver!" -Regicide commented, as his auto-cannon shot down an interceptor.
"The fighters are coming in again! They've got reinforcements!" -the copilot warned.
"I need a few more seconds! Once we're inside their fighter orifice, they'll not dare to fire!" -the pilot stated.
"Incoming tempest missles!" -the copilot warned, hoping these would miss the ship, as did the last ones.
The missles crashed into the ship. Their small ordinances detonated into blasts which wrecked parts of the hull away.
"Shields down! Storage section one destroyed!" -the pilot announced as the damaged hoverdyne from storage section one flew into space.
The pilot hit the burners once again, and the ships engines shot the blue energy beams. The ship raced past the fighters, recieveing some of their laser shots.
"Left engine critical!" -the copilot warned the pilot.
"Eject it!" -the pilot ordered.
Moments after the engine was ejected, it burst into flames, producing an explosion which would have destroyed the dropship.
"Closing in on the fighter bay! We're too fast!" -the copilot screamed.
The pilot directed the ship downwards, towards the fighter bay floor. The ship was soon dragging across the metal floor, deeply scraping it. Parts exploded, flew away or got broken off by the objects the ship past through. Finally it stopped. Smoke and fires all around, the ship finally stopped. A door in the fighter bay opened and several mechs came out. Opening fire, they moved towards the shuttle. The two auto-cannons started firing on the drones, ripping their limbs away, destroying their weapons or disabling them.
After they've taken the mechs out, Regicide and Bakilas looked eachother, and then looked the pilot and copilot, dead in their seats, the copilot crushed by a falling metal beam, while the pilot riddled with bullets from the mechs.
Regicide got up from his seat, and leaned onto the cargo hold- "Anyone alive back there?"

Bakilas slowly leans out of the ships door with his assault rifle ready. "Anyone back there Regicide? It looks all clear... for the moment anyway. Never would have guessed but I think we just managed to pull off the dumbest plan I have ever heard of, but I get a strange feeling its going to get worse."

"We lost the hoverdyne." -Regicide stated, moving through the cargo hold full of dead bodies- "Seems we're the only ones left."
Regicide got out of the craft with Bakilas and assesed the situation.
"We must keep moving" -Bakilas started- "The security teams should be here any second..." At that point several doors to the sides of the bay opened and men in full powered armors started coming out. A door directly in front of the two opened and five men with plasma guns came out.

"Well then, if hes going to try and destroy all that i suppose i must help you. Because if hes going to continue this destruction on the multiverse, how will i be able to keep working as a mercenary." It was then thoragor decided, "Alright then i suppose i have no choice but to help you, although remember that when this is over i will complete my previous assignment. On to more pressing matters, how are we going to stop him?"

Shino turned to thorador "Your cannon... i need at least one other like it and a person to fire it... do you know of any person?"

A group of armed Lylock officers surrounded the hover craft.

"You're to report to our highest commander at once for temporal breifing... do so or perish..."

"how are the cannons?"

"cannon red... is confirmed..."

"cannon green... is confirmed..."

"and what about blue?"

"Blue is going to attempt a full reactor meltdown..."

"WHAT? HERE? NOW?"

"They've intentionally started a self destruct..."

"Then I'll have to use the last straw..."

"What are you going to do kai?"

"if they want to destroy themselves, then I'll maket hem destroy themselves for my cause! We're going to use the three island's soul cells to deploy a gateway large enough to force the island straight into the temporal protectorate headquarters..."

"but... that portal exists out of time... the energy required would be..."

"immense... and we're going to get immense energy as soon as we fire the three cannons... how about the new island? is it ready?"

"Its cannon is fully charged..."

"good then... prepare to fire red and blue simultanousely, use nano recollectors to gather the newly formed particles and apply them to the portal formation unit..."

"But sir... We don't have anyone on board with a Psyche strong enough to open a portal to transport something of that size and energetic magnitude out of time!"

"You've got me don't you?" Kai barked back at the officer...

Within seconds a large ship arrived and picked up Kin...

"We don't have much time mister Kin, I cannot tell you who I work for or why I am doing this or what this craft we are in does for the stability of the time space quantum equasion, I can explain to you that you will be the man to pull the triger... at all costs, do not forget the command "halcyon green" ... if you cannot manage to do so we will be forced to go back further in time and find another like you... do you understand mister kin? Without you... there will be no tomorrow... at least not the kind of tomorrow you'd like to think about..."

With these words from the strange officer, a turnstyle gyroscorptic cannon was placed kin's hands. It was made completley from bamboo, iron, and other natural materials.

"Just shout the command and let your karma do the rest... we're going to take you to meet with Shino, your old target, and Thoragor... Assist them with this, and you'll be paid with a future where you can live in peace and harmony... do you understand?"

With these words the ship vanished... kin was standing alone now, with the cannon in his hands. The red-haired figure, shino, had an overjoyed expression on his odd alien face. He looked at kins weapon and declared "Miracles do happen!"

Bakilas slings his assault rifle over his shoulder and grins weakly. "Take us to you leader."

Well it sure beats running up to the target and cutting it down with my swords he said with a wink."Let us be off to where we need to be going"
with that he griped the bamboo cannon and looked at Shino with querying look
