With heaving breaths (Flames... Flames, from the side of my face..) Faldorn conjured up another batch of energy blades. She laughed bitterly as the beast tried to breathe fire on her... and met with futility.
"You fry your own servant with your flaming breath, and expect it to work on *me*? This will be the last mistake you ever make, you PATHETIC ::toss:: INSECT! ::toss!::"
Faldorn continued tossing the blades into his heaving, twitching corpse. That'll teach him for trying to meddle with her reputation. She sauntered out of the compound, walking past the orcs, gnolls, and trolls she had not killed before, counting the scales gathered in her hand, and strolled all the way over to Garren's cabin.
No one dared approach her.

Question.
I noticed it's possible for Faldorn to equip the Red Dragon Plate. Is this an oversight or simple logic? I would allow a druid to wear a dragon-plate mail in my campaign... after all, it's natural.. but I don't know about the 'legality' in this game. So I'm asking my my ethics experts out there their opinions.

Faldorn arched a pencil-thin eyebrow. Obviously there had been some inbreeding in this village, but she was too polite to say anything. The man had enough sense to trade with the ogres, thus ensuring that the town would be protected. Who was she to judge his improper reactions to a tragedy?
Ah well. The Balance had been restored here. And it was stupidly easy to do this. She wondered for a moment how slaying three dragons in less than a week's time could help the Balance, but she realized that their overly evil actions had tipped the balance. Still, something didn't seem quite right. Ah well. For now, she would celebrate her victory. And saunter back over to the Underdark. When she felt like it.

How is your game patched? IIRC, that was something that Bioware fixed when they released their patch.

I have the most recent patch. Perhaps it's time to finally get the Fixpack? I just love procrastinating..
The only reason I ask is that "Druid" is not under the "Not Useable By" heading in the item description...

I would allow all armor of natural sources, including Ankheg and Dragon scales, to be worn by all Druids except Avengers & Shapeshifters.

Additionally, I would have all Dragons drop three sets of scales, each of different sizes and from different regions of the body.
Back: Large and very strong, used to make equivalent-to-enchanted-Plate armors such as the existing Red and Blue.
Belly: Smaller and thinner but more flexible, used in constructing equivalent-to-enchanted-Leather armors that allow Stealth. The Shadow and White armors would fit here, though their AC protection is too good.
Throat: These scales are quite small and provide only feeble physical defense, but this is offset by their unencumbering lightness and flexibility, making them ideal for augmenting Mage Robes.

Actually, it's the Dragon's wing that is used to augment mage robes. IIRC, once tanned properly it creates a robe with AC6, plus elemental resistance to what ever the Dragon had. Some robes have a chance of other small magical enhancements based on the Dragon as well. The robe may occasionally produce a Levitate spell or a Featherfall. (Dragons don't actually fly. Wings are there for looks. Have powerful magic of their own.)

For the BG series, it would be funny if somebody made a Dragon Robe and imbued it with the powerful ability of the "Cloak Buffet" a Wing Buffet caused by the whipping out of a Wizard's robes.

Maybe he was having an affair with her, wanted to break it off, but she threatened to tell?

Or maybe he owed her money?

And the Shadow scales make 'leather' armor... The extra AC would be a godsend, and the Shadow Dragon Armor looks cooler, but I really like Aeger's Hide... The smattering of elemental protection helps when I'm too lazy to cast a protection spell on myself. So I suppose I'll stick with that.
