I have come to a conclusion.

Holy crap, I'm awesome. (I knew this already, I just figured the rest of you needed to know. Or needed to be reminded.)

How's everyone doing? I'm pretty awesome, myself, like I previously mentioned. I have another powerlifting meet coming up on Thursday. I managed to make weight pretty quickly this time, as opposed to dropping like 10 pounds for the last one. So far, we're three time first place champions, undefeated and unrivaled. I am worried about this one. See, we usually have a lot more people going... people who score us lots of points. Well, a lot of them are failing classes and cannot go. Now the six or seven us who're going are going to have to step up if we want to win. Hey, we beat out really large schools at the last one with only 10 people. Maybe we'll do it again this time. Wish us luck gang.

Good luck, Andrew! Win the gold or something...and let them make you angry, because they wouldn't like you when you're angry

Happy Valentine's day everyone.

Good luck, Someguy! If worse comes to worse, just focus on doing personal bests - as a player for a team that just set a league record for goals against in a season, and finished with 1 win in 35 games...well it's tough, but sounds like it's going better for you guys.

Having a broken thumb is lousy. Really. I feel really old, not being able to do things like use knives. But tomorrow, I get to get back on the ice for a light skate, so hopefully it's gone soon, because I've been contacted by a Junior A team! The only problem is that it's in Drayton Valley, which is a town of 5000 in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Hopefully I can end up someplace cooler.

Mm, Drayton Valley isn't that far away from Edmonton, I don't think. Which happens to be cool.
Hope things work out with the Junior A's, in any case!

Have you ever been to Drayton Valley? It's unreal. It's like a suburb with no city attached to it. It's pretty picturesque but still...

You getting up at 5:30AM to watch team Canada face Italy and former Flame Jason Muzzatti? It certainly can't be any worse than what the women did to them.

I've driven through a couple times, but I was only 10 or so then. There's still Edmonton (somewhat) nearby.
5:30? Uh.. no. While it would be nice to watch it live, I think I'll be fine watch a replay later. I don't want to be a zombie at school tomorrow.

So, my 19" flatscreen LCD monitor is BEAUTIFUL. I can't look away....even though it's not 8 inches from my face, like my CRT was...

So big I can use 1280x1024 resolution and actually be able to read everything on the screen!

I have a 19" DynaFlat (flat screen, not panel), and it's way way better than the CRT I had before. It makes things so much nicer, don't it.
