Remember, all it takes to have a good time is stormtrooper pelvis thrusting.

Yep. I hear the first time there were a whole bunch of 12 year olds screaming 'help! There's a cockroach in my jacket' The second time a complete group ran out of the class screaming. Priceless!

Happy new year to everyone who celebrates it!

Hey guys. School was not bad today. Instead of doing our normal PE JSLA (Junior Sports Leadership Award - A Coaching Course basically) we played badminton and table tennis Got 2 pieces of homework, but I'm off next week so I'll forget about them for now.

I've decided to start running. Just around the block, which, if I sprint, is 5 minutes ish. Wonder how long I can last for.

How is everyone else?

My wife used to do marathons, ~26 miles, so there is a long distance you can go.

I'm planning to do a quick jog around the block for a week, then a bit further the week after, see how far I can go, and how long I last. I've tried to do this before, but ended up not running when I got in. This time I'm hoping to keep it up for a while.
