Ah, poopie, I missed it--I didn't come to school to do my Internet yesterday. Oh, well, I wouldn't have gotten it anyway.
The PC can indeed have Level Drain in an unMODded game, thanks to a Level 9 spell that's practically useless. Vorpal Hits (from the Ravager and possibly other sources) will also penetrate MR, the Cloak, and your Saves, as will the Slow from the Flail of Ages. If we want to play games of semantics, we can include Time Stop as well, as it's essentially a Hold spell.
