It started out nice hear too, but now it's overcast with a chance of showers. I actually prefer that, now that I'm working from home. I find I can focus more.

Ordinarily I'd say I wished I was home, too...but if I were I'd be cleaning house, so it's about half and half for me!

Hehe Cloudy, Just tell the folks that that room is your 'artistic impression of how cluttered our lives have become in this cold, uncaring post modernist society' - they will never challenge you becasue they will sound dumb.

Its never what you know, its talking crap in a way that SOUNDS like you know what you are talking about.

11 years working in retail taught me that...

HAHAHA, Captain O, I wish that'd work...

Yah.. but my stepmom's a stickler for CLEAN and her clutter's always a little higher class than ours... LOL So I think I'll at least unearth the bed and find the clean sheets!

Come on Cloudy, you are a big girl, you dont need to conform to what others want you to do! if they want to visit your house, they should see it is it is!

To be fair, whenever we have people coming over my wife makes me frantically clean up - and our place isnt even that bad! (well, it is right now cause she's been away for a week... do you even know how much mess i can make in a week???)

you could tell her that the room is used by your husband when he is in the dog-box. Thats why its messy - so he doesnt enjoy it!

Why bother cleaning up when you can be lazy and make up lame excuses - inaction never hurt anyone!

Moving is full of so many contradictions...you are happy when things look good, then you are sad because of all the work involved in cleaning and showing, then you are happy that it is sold..then you are sad at all the work of moving your stuff to a new place

I think I have one more move left in me before I die
