We're visiting the battlegrounds in Normandy I think, and also visiting Paris for a day.

I went on the exact same trip last year - except it was a day longer - and it was pretty good so I am going again. I remember the food was horrible in the hostel we stayed in so when we went to Paris about thirty teenagers ran into the Macdonalds (the only one in the world where the M isn't yellow). It was a good laugh.

Shame about my money problems, heh, I can't afford both but I really want that iPod.

Edit - Are the ipod nanos hard disk or flash type memory. If flash I might be intrested all of a sudden. 2GB flash players are usually £200.
Sell my baby? Never!

It is a flash drive, btw. $249 for the 4Gig and $199 for the 2Gig.

I have that one - wait, is that the... with the nasty NPC who everyone just wants to punch in the face?

Has anyone else tried any of the other Premium mods? Currently, I'm in Chapter 3 of HotU and... growing a little disappointed there's nothing much more after that (in the way of storylines & your character progressing as Drogan's student in the plot - Although, to that, I must add I'm disappointed I don't get to play as the 'hero of Neverwinter'...).

Or failing that, any decent mods with nice roleplay and storyline? I'll try dling some of the ones you suggested earlier Attalus - but surely there have to be more good mods then just those three!

I'd try some myself, but I don't seem to be having the best of luck with selecting mods. I've found very few I actually enjoy -_-.

On the plus side, I did finally hit upon a charater combination I'm very pleased with - monk(x)/shadowdancer(7)/harper(5) (the last is something I thought I'd never pick, but it actually seems to work...)

As to what I've been up to - well, I was supposed to meet up with some friends - but I missed them by a few mins and ended up wandering around looking for them for over an hour... *grumble*. My phone was dead, so I couldn't ring them. In the end, I simply gave up and paid a call on another friend I've not seen in ages and we went and saw the film 'Red Eye'. The film itself is rather weak, as are the protagonist, and the antagonist gets a couple of stupid plot things that really shouldn't happen, but the acting was very good. It's not the best film, but its not the worst either. I enjoyed it for the most part .

Hey all, just finished watching Lost. What a series, so weird.

Is anyone else watching/has anyone watched it? For those who watch(ed) it I just saw the one explaining Charlie's drug problem, how he came to have it, etc. Good series, my second favourite series to come from the US, first being Desperate Housewives.

Anyone know when the second series of DH is going to be on? I miss it

Ivellis, thanks for nothing. Now you've made me want to buy an iPod Nano.

Check the Books & Movies forum Ivellis. It's been a few months since Lost ended here in the U.S., but I have two Lost threads there. The second series is going to air soon, so I know I'll be bumping the US and Canada thread soon.
