Ok, I'll look for them tomorrow! Did you get mine yet?
I have a 56k winmodem...so I know how it is! Looking at dsl soon, I think. Costs much gold but keep CB from frothing at mouth and CB's bestfriend-housemate from being mucho mad at not having use of phone at all! ![]() And I don't have a scanner either! CB ------------------ ![]() |

Nothing yet, I want DSL or a cable modem as well, but, way to much doh-ray-me,
I'm lucky enough to have two phone lines, that makes it easier. Esp when the wife needs to yak it up with her friends. ------------------ ![]() Feel My Power |

Well it took a bit to send them. I think it was 700k or something like that...could take a bit to dl, sorry! I should have broken them up!
Well, I have to do cable or dsl soon. Two phonelines would work but I figure for the cost, I might as well have FAST computer and free up the phone! Of course, where I'm gettin the gold is a good question! Guess I'll have to go questing for a dragon or two soon! ![]() CB ------------------ ![]() |

do you have WinZip? I'll probably zip them, It might make it faster. I told my nephew that when he gets a DSL line, march 15, I'll be over his house setting up BG2 adventures......that is if my wife lets me out to play

Just bring the thread back on topic for a sec. The biggest problem with fundamentalism in any religion is that it breeds intolerance. It's my way or the highway so to speak. This is not just restricted to Islam, although much of the fundamentalist movements in today's world are Islamic. The Crusades took place because of fundamentalist Roman Catholic movements back a millenium ago, when Pope Urban II called for Crusades to take back the Holy Land. Fundamentalism blinds people to everything but the narrow path they have chosen for themselves.
I'm just amazed because here in Australia I know of a suburb out in the west of Sydney, where there's a Catholic church, a Jewish synagogue, an Islamic mosque, an Anglican church and a Buddhist temple, all in the same neighborhood. I wouldn't go so far as to say that the parishioners of the respective faiths all agree with each other, but they are able to coexist in a state of relative harmony and peace, acknowledging the other's right to exist without necessarily subscribing to their views. Why can't the rest of the world do the same? ------------------ ![]() ![]() |
