Epona, we have a saying in Texas about a hard rain, "Like a cow pissing on a flat rock," lol. Hi, Barry!

*praises all nearby deities* Wooohoooo! Hello everyone Hope you're all having as fabulous a day as I am

I'm getting transferred to a school that's closer by after the summer vacation. That means only 20 minutes or so of transport every day instead of 2 hours Plus I'll be rid of my annoying classmates!

Thats the one. Cool venue, and usually quite cheap compared to a night out normally. Hi Galadria too! And everyone else in fact...

Hey Neb! Glad to hear you have a shorter commute! Wow, the old one was LONG! Yuk! The new shorter one sounds much nicer! Hope you like the new school too. When does it start?

The last time I went there was definitely a few years back now - to see Sepultura (great gig). I remember they had a Rangda mask hanging from the drum kit - memorable because I have some Indonesian masks including a Rangda with a 4' horsehair headdress and pigs tusks! Had to share that, it is amongst my favorite possessions.

I was up on the balcony, which meant I didn't get beer spilled all over me for a change

Spilt beer all adds to the atmosphere! And if someone else spills it then at least you don't have to pay for it.

I'm off to see the Hives there this Saturday as well, that should be much more amusing in some ways. Particularly in a place like the Academy. 5000 people in a space that can probably comfortably hold 3000, all moshing energetically. Its what its all about I suppose...
