Neb stood up, his back still towards Shadowhound, "Why do you seek their death?" he asked, "I have my own reasons, the life of the one known as Galadria is mine, you will not slay her."

Neb turned around slowly, drawing the Valkyrie as he did so, "We can cooperate, but I will be the leader, I have more experience and greater power than you. Do not try to betray me or I will reduce your mind to ash."

I have no wish to lead, all i want is there death, i am being paid well for this and i do not know or care about your grudge or whatever, their death suits me at the moment.

Neb senses the approaching foes and stands up, the Valkyrie practically glowing from the brightness of it's runes, "I sense foes coming nearer," he says to Shadowhound, "A group of fifty drow, do you care to help me fight them or shall I get us the hell out of here?"

OOC: Fifthy drow? Isnt that a bit overkill?

(OOC: If the soldiers in the army all have only 1 hit dice and are all within 100 feet of me, and fail their saving throws, then yes, then Neb CAN destroy an army, but anything with decent saving throws, hit dice or numbers, can defeat Neb, he's not immortal. In fact I doubt Neb COULD defeat fifty drow, unless they all manage to fail their saving throws, then he has a power that might stun them for long enough for him to cut their throats while they're immobile, even if he disbelieved their weapons they might still overpower him. That's why he's considering getting the hell out of there.)

"Yes, let us be gone." Neb concentrates, bending his will to teleporting himself and Shadowhound to his lair, and fails, his concentration broken he looks up and sees Drow approaching from the end of the passage.

He looked towards the other end, no Drow down there.... Grabbing hold of Shadowhound he ran as fast as possible away from the Drow, at the end of the passage was a door, Neb opened it and entered without even seeing what was inside, he dragged SH in with him and slammed the door.

Neb looked around the room and saw that it was a storage room, one window in one of the walls, he walked over to it and looked out, the distance downwards made him dizzy.... He closed his eyes and concentrated, ignoring the cries of the Drow who were trying to batter down the door.

After a few minutes Neb changed into the shape of a Giant Spider, and climbed out of the window and down the wall, leaving behind a sticky thread of spider silk that SH could climb down if he wished to follow him.
