<font color=deepskyblue>I wondered if it might be <font color=gray>Black Dog</font> - but there was just the one Clue that mentioned "gearing down", so I didn't know if that was it or not.

Yeah, it was filmed very near where I work. In fact, one of the girls that works here (and used to work in my department when I first came here) owns the campground the film company rented to park all their trucks and trailers whilte they were filming.
