Like i said - the FoA+5 is an exception.

Hmmm.....I shall Email this to Kevin Dorner, if he hasn't already been informed. What do you think--correct the text to conform to the weapon, or correct the weapon to conform to the text and make an addition to Weimer's Item Upgrades?

I believe the text is wrong, since a +2 enchanted Flail hits for 1d6 +3( not +2) anyway.
