Did you know that Tel$tra are planning to CHARGE users for tech support now? [img]graemlins/wow.gif[/img] Apparently they said that after 2 years of their sh!te service, users should be "used to the vagiaries of the internet" and so should pay for tech support, since it's apparently their biggest cost and it's the "dream of every CFO of every ISP to charge users for tech support". What a load of absolute BS - I would've thought that the best way to reduce tech support calls was to improve the bloody SERVICE. |

I got 724 kb/s, that is with ADSL, from holland (planet internet)... its pretty fast for such a connection I think
