Wellard I have a question for you since I know that you work shift work as well. What do you do on your last night shift when you get off. Do you sleep or stay up. Then go to bed early. I just finishing working 5 nights in a row. I am thinking of staying up tomorow. To break the night cycle that is in me. Any thoughts?
The reply is late I guess, sorry Mack_Attack

Don’t ever try to fight sleep, after a night shift the best thing to do is go straight to bed but only for a couple of hours (say 4 max). That way you’re not a grumpy/zombie for the rest of the day and you should still get tired by the time normal bedtime comes around. If you have trouble getting to sleep the night after a nightshift then exercise till you are tired. Another good tip, if it is warm up you’re way, is during the day get as much sunshine on your body as possible. The sunshine on you’re skin resets you’re body clock, that’s how all the flight stewardesses recover from jet lag too. I hope that helps Mack_Attack I can really give a lot more detailed info if you are struggling to sleep, just ask!

By all means, send me the rain.
Not that I need the rain, but I do love a good thunderstorm. Nothing on earth is more relaxing.

Not thunderstorms, just boring old rain. Probably won't even get hot enough for thunderstorms.

Thunder isn't a requirement, regular rain will do as well. But thunder adds a little something extra.

Yeah, with regular rain FSA ^^ just hides under his bed, but with thunder he craps his pants for the little extra

Unless it's a fake date, the kind where you take your friend's sister to the prom because her boyfriend jilted her the week before, and she can't go alone, and she can't miss it. That's a fake date... but a date, nonetheless
"Dressed up that snazzy" - I usually dress like that, lol. I'm not dressed up at all... if I was, I'd be in a suit and tie. "Dinner between friends". Nyah.

Why do all women say that it is not a date. It is a date when you get dressed up and go out for a nice dinner. Sure sounded like a date to me. Either way I hope you had a good meal on your non-date.
Actually... I told her to put that in. I didn't want people getting the wrong idea about us. We're friends, nothing more. So there

Now Vaskez, I stopped dropping loads in my shorts when I was 2 years old. Can we say the same for you?

(Note: Not trying to offend you Vaskez, but turnabout is fair play, no?)

Now, my family's dog on the other hand, let's everything loose to a thunderstorm. Scared poo-less, the poor little hot dog lookin thing.
