Afternoon, all. We had a real whiz-bang thunderstorm this morning, Galadria just missed getting caught in it. Lightning, thunder, the whole nine yards. Most atypical for Texas in August. It's 70 degrees out, for crying out loud!

Elif, it was welcome here, I assure you, now that Galadria has come through her run un-ligning-struck. Now, I won't have to run the sprinklers for a week. Mega, only on weekends? I have to have my sundowner.

Rain in TX? Good! You folks needed it! We've had near drought conditions here, but got some rain last week. It poured here a few days ago.

Hopefully my ac is fixed, the repairman was due there today. It's been cool at night but warms up during the day.
