No, it wouldn't be pointless. It would be amusing to see what sort of tortured logic you'd use to try to defend a belief that placed a foriegner on the same level as a countryman.

I read the bible, but that was ages ago, i've never read the emancipation proclamation, and as they put it in Southpark... i don't listen to hiphop.

I never said men were not created equal, I just said I prefer to see the ones "on my team" live, if I have to choose. Of course other factual considerations, such as the murderer pointed out by Esteemed Mr. Pastry, must be taken into consideration.

[/QUOTE]Yes. I do believe that the world is VASTLY more black and white. Far, far too many people think that too much of the world is one giant mass of grey. IMHO, they hold this opinion for one reason only. To cover up for their illegal and/immoral acts, rather than attempt to be good and morally upright people. They do not want to be held accountable or responsible for their own immorality. Therefore, they try to completely muddy the waters with this morass of moral relativistic grayness.
